Countdown Workout

The kids and I have recently started doing a countdown workout routine. We do 10 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 10 wall pushups and 10 crunches and then we do 9 of each and 8 of each, etc. So far we go from 10 through 6 but we'll eventually go from 10 all the way through 1. We're starting slow because all of us are so out of shape. My legs are sore today from all the squats.
